About the Institute
Light Impact Global Institute is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing resilient leadership, opportunity, and community-driven impact among women, girls, and young people.
The Institute was founded out of doctoral research on women's resilience and leadership, combined with over fifteen years of nonprofit, community, and development work across Africa and the United States.
Light Impact Global Institute exists to bridge research, leadership development, and practical support for communities navigating inequality, violence, displacement, and limited opportunity.
